Progressives e-Group (the number one online media platform in the State of Osun) felicitates with all Muslims in Osun, Nigeria and across the globe on the successful commencement of this holy month of Ramadan.
Ramadan is the ninth month of Islamic calendar year that is widely respected and regarded as month of spiritual rebirth, soul searching, unlimited kindness and uninterrupted favour from heaven to earth. Muslims use this month to fast, readjust their relationship with others and move closer to God with prayers and good deeds.
We urge our dear Muslim faithfuls in the State of Osun to observe all the guidelines and procedures of this month with all seriousness and faithfulness in order to enjoy all the benefits therein in full. Also, we solicit for more prayers to the State of Osun during the period especially as it relates to the forthcoming governorship election for Almighty Allah to give us a good successor of our party APC, that will consolidate on the lofty programmes and policies of our symbol and principal – Ogbeni AbdulRauf Adesoji Aregbesola.
We pray to Allah (SWT) to accept all our supplications and contributions as we begin 30 days of body and soul seclusion and restitution today. Aamin.
