I applauded Nigerians for rewarding integrity and honesty over corruption as demonstrated in the last Presidential election, the lesson there was to pursue good name, decent character, honesty and accountability while keeping the collective trust of the people.
Despite that the opposition gave President Muhammadu Buhari a run for his money, but at long last, integrity won the race.
While am congratulating President Buhari for securing another term of office, we need to understand that the electoral pattern reflected the quality of performance in the areas of infrastructure, social investment and attempts on diversification of economy coupled with fight against corruption while am urging the President and his team to do more.
The reward of hardwork is more work, and now that the election had been won and lost, I urge our President and his team to put more effort on poverty alleviation, consolidating the massive infrastructure in progress and intensify fight against corruption
I also congratulate The Senators and members, House of Representative elect in Osun. They should bear it in mind that they have the onerous task of working with the executive with a view to expediting action on pieces of legislation that would fast-track rebuilding plan of the nation.
